Allow the QuickBooks Online integration to sync invoices and payments using the payment date entered in Join It, rather than the date the payment was recorded. Many organizations enter cash/check payments in batches later, which causes incorrect dates in QBO and requires manual corrections.

Our team would like if Pause Payments feature would automatically update membership status. It should be connected to a Paused/Expired/Canceled status. It will save us time from having to do it as a manual process.

Add a Note/Message feature for members registering for an event.

Consider adding a selection for number of guests attending. Just like folks do for other events (weddings, dinners, receptions, etc.) where they need to manage the amount of food, drinks, and staff for the event. Or just to manage that "capacity" number that is listed.

Admins would like to receive a copy of the confirmation email that is sent to donors when they make a donation via the donation module

We would like to add a field where members can input where they would like their donation to go towards. It can be any standard field with a blank text box. A field we can customize on our end.

Our organization would like the ability to search in the member directory for custom fields that we create.

Our organization would like the ability to customize Header/Footer of emails.

Our Organization would like the ability to add another image on the bottom of the Digital Membership card where there is a lot of 'dead space'

After many years of no issues, earlier this year we had to remove a member from our organization and it would be beneficial if there was a "Banned" membership status as neither "Cancelled" nor "Expired" properly represents this unfortunate situation. This membership status should of course also prevent the same member from re-registering a new membership.
