Feature Requests

Currently, Payment Reports include invoices but don't indicate whether an invoice has been paid. This makes it difficult to accurately report on payment metrics, since admins have to open each record to confirm its payment status.

Our Organization would benefit from the ability to download a report that shows which members downloaded Digital Membership Cards.

Add an option to payment reports that includes all members associated with a group membership payment, not just the primary member who made the payment. This would make it easier for organizations to reconcile payments and see exactly which members were covered by each transaction.

As an organization, we would like the ability to generate customized reports and to automate and schedule their delivery so they are pushed to us rather than manually retrieved.

An automated daily sales summary that shows sign-ups from the previous day, broken down by membership type and including the revenue associated with each. This would make it much easier to track daily performance at a glance. I

Our Organization would benefit from a report that shows the reason for a member cancelling their membership.

As an Organization, we'd like to be able to see the breakdown between the Membership payment, the Tax amount paid and the Add-on Donation amount.

We would love the ability to change certain filters for custom membership reports. For example we need to run a new members report monthly. I can create a custom membership report to filter on the Joined Date, but I cannot change that Joined Date each month. This is done on payments reports and it would be helpful to have this feature for membership reports as well.

Currently we can view who the quick & easy email was sent to. But that changes if a member no longer fits the original filter that was used to send the email. It's difficult to pinpoint who the email was sent to exactly.
