At present, businesses appear in the directory based on the order in which they joined, and this arrangement cannot be adjusted. We would find it extremely valuable to have the ability to manually reorder listings, either through drag-and-drop functionality or another method that allows us to prioritise the display order.

The reason for this request is that several of our partner businesses have particularly strong local recognition and loyal followings. Showcasing these brands more prominently at the top of the directory would help prospective members quickly identify some of the most attractive offers available through the programme. We believe this would strengthen the value proposition for new visitors and increase membership conversions by reducing the time and effort required to browse the full directory.

In addition, having control over the ordering would allow us to better highlight strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, or newly added businesses when appropriate.

Overall, we feel this enhancement would improve the user experience for members while also providing greater flexibility for us in managing and optimising the platform.
