As an Organization I'd like to be able to have the option to flag certain names or emails, to be alerted if those individuals apply for membership again. This would be a tool to better manage members that must be declined or cancelled for unacceptable actions.

As an Organization, we don't want members to be able to use the same email to join our organization.

This would be very useful. We have trouble knowing exactly how many members we have when some people have multiple records under the same email address.
