We would very much like to allow members to check-in from their mobile device when visiting one of our 360+ reciprical membership locations. We would benefit greatly by knowing the frequence and location of our reciprocal membership usage. In order to do this, the member would need to be able to initiate the check-in and enter the location where they checked in. Alternatively, if the GPS coordinates were captired with the check-in that could be very useful information.

As a botanical garden site with a membership that has access to over 360 other botanical gardens, this is the way we foresee using the check-in functionality. At our site, check-in is done through our POS system. Which is the same for most other sites but the POS systems are different and do not share any common data source. Utilizing the Join It check-in would allow us to collect information on the number of reciprical uses and useful geographic information and/or location names.
